OnCloud: How do I log in?

Summary:

Use this guide to log in to OnCloud.

Step By Step Guide:

Activate your account

1. Check your email inbox for a message from OnCloud.
    
2. Copy the activation code in the email, then click Activate Account.
    
3. Paste the activation code into the window that opens.
    
4. Choose a password, then type it in twice to confirm.
    
5. Click Complete Account Activation.

You can now log in.

Log in

1. In OnCloud, click Login.
    
2. Type your email address and password.
    
3. Click Login.

Set up two-factor authentication

If you see this prompt, you also need to set up an app for temporary passwords:

1. On your phone, install an app for temporary passwords. Here are two options:
    
   • FreeOTP (Android/iOS)
      
   • Google Authenticator (Android/iOS)
      
2. On your phone, use the app to scan the QR code on your computer screen.
    
3. On your phone, use the app to get a six-digit code.
    
4. On your computer, type this code into OnCloud.
    
5. Click Submit.

You can now start using OnCloud.

Log out

To log out:

1. Click the gear at the top right:
   
   
   
   
2. Then click Logout.
