Summary
By default, OnCloud logs you out if you are inactive for 30 minutes. To stay logged in, change the session timeout setting. This article provides instructions to disable session timeout.
Disabling Session Timeout
To disable session timeout:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Gear at the top right, then click Account Settings:
- Toggle the switch
to the right of Session Timeout.
- Click Save.
NOTE: When the switch is to the left, session timeout is
disabled and you stay logged in. You can re-enable session
timeout in the same way.
