Summary:
If someone tries to log in with the wrong password three times, OnCloud locks their account.
You need to be an administrator to unlock accounts.
Step By Step Guide:
Unlock an account
- In OnCloud, click the building icon at the top right:
If you don't see this icon, you don't have permission to unlock accounts.
- In the Users section, click Manage:
- You can find a locked account by looking in the Status column.
Click the Status heading to sort accounts by status:
- Click a locked account in the list.
- Click Unlock Account:
- This shows the confirmation:
The user receives an email with a link to update their password.
