Summary:
You can share clips with other OnCloud users or by email.
Step By Step Guide:
Before starting, create a clip (see OnCloud: How do I create a clip?).
Share a clip
- In OnCloud, click Clips in the top menu.
- Click a clip to open it.
- Click the Share button.
- Click Enter emails.
- To share within your organization, type part of a name or email address, then click a result in the dropdown.
- To share outside your organization, type a full email address, then press Enter on your keyboard.
You need permission to share clips externally.
- Click one of the expiry options under Set expiration time.
- Click Share.
Everyone that you share a clip with gets an email notification. People within your organization can see the clip in the Clips section when they log in. External people receive an email with a link and a password.
Check and update access
You can also check who has access to a clip and make changes.
- Open a clip and click the Share button.
- Check the section Manage who can get access to the video:

Expired means that the person's access expired or was revoked.

Shared means that the person still has access.

Expired means that the person's access expired or was revoked.

To modify someone's access, click the three dots beside Shared or Expired.

To take away access, click Revoke Access.

To renew access, click Extend Access, then click a timeframe.
