OnCloud: How do I add contributors to an incident?

Summary:

By default, everyone can create an incident. Only administrators can edit incidents created by other people. Use this guide to add someone to an incident and let them contribute.

Step By Step Guide:

Before starting, create an incident (see OnCloud: How do I create an incident?).

Add contributors

1. In OnCloud, click Incidents in the top menu. Then click an incident in the list to open it.
   
   
2. Click Contributors near the top.
   
   
3. Click the checkbox beside a contributor to add them.
