Summary
Use this guide to export and download everything related to an incident. You can do this to share an incident outside OnCloud or to save the files locally.
Export an incident
Before starting, create an incident. See How do I create an incident?
To export an incident:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click Incidents in the top menu, then click an incident in the list to open it.
- Click Export at the right.
- Click Export File.
OnCloud prepares a ZIP file and sends you an email with a download link when it is ready.
- When you receive the email, click the download link within 48 hours.
