Summary

An event is something that happens in a video feed. You can type to search for events.

The search uses an AI technology called natural language processing, which can understand normal English. For example, you can search for "a man with a red shirt."

Below is a short video demonstrating how to search for events in the events dashboard.

Searching for Events

To search for an event:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
   
   
2. Navigate to OnCloud.
   
   
3. Click Events in the top menu.
   
   
4. Click the OnCloud AI Search button at the top right.
   
   
5. Click the What can I help you find? box.
   
   
6. Enter text to search, such as:
   
   • A man with a red shirt
   • Person with glasses
   • A white or black car
     
     
7. Click Search.
   
   This shows matching events.

After searching, you can filter the results. For example, you can look for results on a particular date.
