Summary:
When investigating an incident, you can add comments and upload files from your computer. Use this page to add comments, documents, images, or videos to an incident.

Step By Step Guide:
Before starting, create an incident (see OnCloud: How do I create an incident?).
Add a comment
- In OnCloud, click Incidents in the top menu. Then click an incident in the list to open it.
- Click Evidence.
- Click the Add comments field and type a comment.
- Click Save.
Upload a file
To upload a file, start by adding a comment as above.
- Click the Add comments field and type a comment for the file.
- Click Attach File.
- Select a file from your computer, then click Open.
- Click Upload.
This uploads the file. You can only upload one file at a time. Repeat these steps to add more files.
View comments and files
- To see everything collected for an incident, scroll down to the Evidence & Notes section.
This includes clips from OnCloud, uploads, and comments.
- Click any item in the list to open it.
