Summary
HealthPro is a Hanwha Vision Cloud product that enables remote monitoring of device health, management of firmware and licenses, and more across multiple locations. This article outlines HealthPro's capabilities, including those offered for free and additional features available with a HealthPro license.
HealthPro Features
HealthPro provides basic system status information without licensing. However, a HealthPro license unlocks advanced features such as detailed device views, notifications, and firmware updates.

Unlicensed and Licensed Versions
Features available in both versions:
- Organization Dashboard - Provides centralized management of locations, storage, servers, cameras, firmware, warranty and licenses.
On the Dashboard, you can:
See basic health information including the online status of all devices (ex: Cameras, WAVE Sync Storage, and Servers) in the Organization.
Check the current firmware version running on all your devices (ex: HealthPro Bridge, Direct-to-Cloud, and WAVE Sync).
Monitor the number of HealthPro licenses that are available, active, expiring soon, or expired. - Map - Displays the number of devices with different statuses across all your locations in Google Maps.
- WAVE Sync Integration - Allows integration of your WAVE system through a WAVE Sync account.
Limitations include:
Only one WAVE Sync account per organization.
Three or less WAVE systems (also known as hives) with no more than 10 WAVE servers per system. - Location Dashboard - Displays location-level server, storage, camera, firmware, license, and warranty information.
- Notifications Center - Facilitates assignment and resolution of server and camera tasks.
- Audit Logs - Provides a searchable log of devices, users, health, and tasks.
Licensed Version ONLY
Features that are exclusive to HealthPro licensed users:
- Firmware Dashboard - Enables camera software updates (limited to HealthPro Bridge sub-cameras).
NOTES:
HealthPro cannot update cameras via WAVE Sync.
HealthPro cannot update Direct-to-Cloud cameras but they can be
configured to auto self-update within specified time windows. - Camera reboot - Enables soft reboots for Hanwha Vision and AXIS cameras via HealthPro Bridge and D2C cameras.
- Cameras Dashboard - Provides detailed health status reports for devices.
- Life cycle Dashboard - Displays the remaining warranty on HealthPro Bridge and Direct-to-Cloud cameras.
NOTE: Only Hanwha Vision cameras are available.
