Hanwha devices always have ONVIF enabled. You need to synchronize the time, date, daylight saving time, and time zone between the third-party device and our products.

You can search a supported device list for 3rd party Video Management Systems and WAVE at the following websites:

- WAVE - Wisenet WAVE Compatible Devices
You may notice that specific versions of firmware are listed. Although it looks like it is the only version of firmware supported by the VMS, later versions may also be compatible. The latest version or a higher version of firmware can also be used.
Important: Use the latest version of firmware and let Hanwha know if there are any issues with that version by opening a Technical Support Ticket in your region.
