Summary:

After clicking on "Remove Device from Organization", the camera still shows up in devices and in the camera wall.

Explanation:

Removing a device from an organization does indeed remove the device so it can be used elsewhere.  However, the device will stay in the system until the historical video has "aged out".  So, if you remove a camera that had 30 days' retention per the license, that video will take 30 days to age out, at which point the camera will be completely removed from the organization.  This is designed so that removed cameras do not lose their historical video immediately.
