If you are not using the web UI to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product.

Summary:

Hanwha Wisenet cameras support FTP connections. Using the Time Schedule feature, you can automatically save the images required to create your own time-lapse video. This article provides instructions for creating time lapse images on Wisenet cameras.

NOTE: This article assumes you already have an FTP server setup with a user 
account and a folder ready for use by the Wisenet camera. 

Step By Step:

IMPORTANT: Make sure the FTP user account has FTP permissions enabled.

To create time lapse images on a Wisenet camera:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the IP address of the camera.
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings > Event > FTP/E-mail.
   
   
3. Enter your FTP server information and click Apply.
   
   
   
4. Navigate to Settings > Event > Time schedule.
   
   
5. Next to Event setup schedule, check the Enable checkbox.
   
   
6. Select a Transfer interval.
   
   
7. Next to FTP in the Event action settings section, check the Enable checkbox.
   
   
8. In the Event Activation Time section, select either the Always or Only scheduled time radio button.
   
   
9. Click Apply.
   
   
   The camera setup is now complete.
   
   
10. Navigate to the folder you specified on your FTP server to verify your images are being saved at your selected interval.
