Summary:
- The Customer Service Log (CSLOG) is gathered when an NVR has issues. A recent firmware upgrade has changed the path to obtaining the CSLOG from NVRs.
Explanation of Behavior:
- This article shows the old and new URL for collecting logs from Hanwha NVR's
Resolution:
- To obtain the CSLOG for Support, open a web browser and enter the URL based on the Table below.
- The path is different due to changes made in Firmware to the NVR's listed in Table 1.

- A CORE file is created when there is a reboot issue.
- When downloading the CSLOG, you have to enter a password.
- Please include that password when submitting the CSLOG to Support.
