Summary:

SightMind, part of Hanwha Vision Cloud, provides real-time business insights and trends in various verticals by storing, analyzing, and visualizing metadata from AI cameras and other devices using customizable dashboards and widgets. This article provides instructions for accessing the service.

NOTE: Before using SightMind, ensure that a compatible camera with AI-based video 
analytics is installed and configured. If necessary, install the AI application 
on the camera through the Web UI Open Platform menu or Wisenet Device Manager.
Additionally, verify that the installed camera is accessible within the Cloud Portal 
to ensure proper integration.

Accessing SightMind

For direct access:

  1. Click the following link: https://sightmind.hanwhavision.cloud
  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Enter your ID and password.

For access via Cloud Portal:

  1. Click the following link: https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud
  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Enter your ID and password.

  4. On the Cloud Portal’s main page, click the SightMind application.
