SightMind, part of Hanwha Vision Cloud, provides real-time business insights and trends in various verticals by storing, analyzing, and visualizing metadata from AI cameras and other devices using customizable dashboards and widgets.

This article provides an introduction to SightMind including core features, prerequisites, and how to access the service.

Key Features:

  • Centralized cloud-based collection and storage of real-time AI metadata derived from any number of cameras.

  • Versatile and customizable dashboards and widgets, to show real-time alerts, counts, trends, heatmaps, and more.

  • Event monitoring using various notification methods, including an alarm notification center, alarm pop-up, web push, and email.

  • Instant search and access to specific events and related OnCloud and WAVE Sync video (live, playback, snapshot)

  • Powerful data-integrated reports that combine statistical data from widgets across specified time periods. These can be downloaded or emailed directly.

Prerequisites:

Before using SightMind:

  • Install and configure a compatible camera with the AI-based video analytics. If necessary, install the AI application on the AI camera using the Web UI Open Platform menu.

  • Ensure the installed camera is accessible within Cloud Portal.
NOTE: One of the most common Sight-related problems is imprecise AI configuration.

Accessing SightMind

For direct access:

  1. Click the following link: https://sightmind.hanwhavision.cloud
  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Enter your ID and password.

For access via Cloud Portal:

  1. Click the following link: https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud
  2. Click the Login button.

  3. Enter your ID and password.

  4. On the Cloud Portal’s main page, click the SightMind application.
