Generally, P2P networks don't have dedicated specific ports and use ports dynamically because the end stations are mostly connected to multiple other end stations. So these networks are using the ports from the range of not well known ports. Meaning, these ports are not reserved for other purposes so they are free to use without causing any conflict to other software applications. All of the ports listed below are outbound ports.
The ports needed for an NVR to connect via P2P to a PC with Wisenet Viewer or to the Wisenet Mobile app are as follows (Figure 1)

*.wra1.wisenetcloud.com is the P2P ICE server. Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) is a standard for using STUN and TURN to establish connectivity between two endpoints. (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN) and Traversal Using Relay around NAT (TURN))
Wisenet Viewer supports STUN, not TURN, while Wisenet Mobile supports both STUN and TURN. The NVR connects directly, via IP address (which can change), to the ICE server. We do not supply an IP address for security purposes.

Troubleshooting:
All of these ports are outbound ports. Should you have any communication issues to the NVR using Wisenet Viewer or Wisenet Mobile, please make sure the above ports are open on your router.
