Summary:

Notifications fail to come through on iOS or Android. The inability to register new devices on iOS or Android.

 

Exlpanation of Behavior

  • The Wisenet mobile app V2.0 or lower fails to receive notifications on iOS or Android
  • The inability to register new devices on iOS or Android

Resolution:

  • We require that your mobile device is capable of running the latest iOS or Android build
  • Update Wisenet mobile to version 2.06.01 or later
  • If updating the app doesn't fix the issue, delete the app and re-install it
