1. To view a seamless video, the speed of the network speed should be at least 1.5Mbs for a low resolution and 2.0Mbps for a middle resolution (720p).
To view a high resolution (1080p) screen, a network speed of at least 3Mbps is required.
2. When the Wi-Fi signal received by the camera from the router is weak, the video may not be received seamlessly.
Move the camera to a place near the camera and check the Wi-Fi signal strength of the router in the network menu of the camera settings.
3. If the distance between the camera and the router is too far, an alternative method would be to install a Wi-Fi Extender in a spot where the signal is weak.
However, if the Wi-Fi extender is located on a different floor from the floor where the router is located, the performance may be ineffective.
In this case, install a LAN cable in the router to connect the cable to the Wi-Fi extender.
