Applies to Models: All Smartcam Models
1. In the event menu of the camera settings, make sure that <Alarm & Notification>, <Motion Sensitivity> and <Audio Sensitivity> options are enabled.
2. For Android-based mobile devices, you can enable the <Setting Alert> in the mobile app settings menu to configure the notification type and pop-up type.
For iOS-based mobile devices, you can enable the <SmartCam> on Notifications menu in the mobile devices to configure the notification type and pop-up type.
3. The event information detected by the camera will be saved in the SmartCam server, and you can view the list of all events saved on the server when you retrieve it on the mobile app or PC web viewer.
Therefore, even if the mobile device fails to receive some of the event notifications, the event information is saved on the server and you can check it later.
