1. Check whether you have entered the correct user ID and password.
Please write down your ID and password on the <Quick Start Guide> enclosed in the product.
2. Check whether the mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi, LTE or a 3G communication network.
3. During regular maintenance or a temporary malfunction of SmartCam server, the login process may not work properly.
Regular maintenance or a temporary malfunction of SmartCam server will be announced through the mobile app or the PC web viewer.
