1. A flickering blue LED light indicates that the camera is not connected to the router.
Check the password of the Wi-Fi router and try again.
A weak Wi-Fi signal due to a long distance between the camera and the router may cause a connection failure.
2. If the blue LED light does not change to green, it indicates that the camera is not connected to the SmartCam server.
Check whether the mobile device can be connected to the external Internet via the Wi-Fi router.
3. The registration may fail depending on the settings of the mobile device or router. In this case, refer to help topic <Do the router settings affect the camera registration?> or <Do the Wi-Fi settings of the mobile device affect the camera registration?> stated above.
4. If the problem persists, check the model name of your mobile device and router, and contact our customer service center.
