Smartcam live view may display in "Relay mode" when there is a poor network connection. Smartcams connected to networks with multiple routers may also connect in "Relay mode".
Tips to resolve "Relay mode" connection:
1. Verify UPNP function is enabled if your router has option.
2. In multiple router networks you will want to connect the smartcam to the main router closest to the modem when possible.
