Summary:

In case you have forgotten your DVR admin login, you can reset the DVR admin login to factory default using the remote control.

Step By Step Guide:

1. Press the following button sequence one button at a time lightly:

Monitor > Menu > 4 > 6

2. When the Master menu pops up select option #14  using remote control

3. Select the Factory Reset Option

4. Press 6 once, red letters and numbers will pop up on the screen.

5. Press 6 again, the red letters and numbers will disappear.

6. The id/password will return to User name:  admin Password:  4321

Note: This will not delete the recordings
