Symptom:
NVR keeps rebooting after connecting/registering camera
Reason:
NVR is set to start continuous recording after camera is connected/registered but is can’t record due to hard drive not being formatted
Solution:
1 – Disconnect camera from the NVR/network
2 – Login to NVR setup and navigate to:
Device->Storage Device->Device/Format
-If under capacity column value is “0/0” then hard drive has to be formatted
3 – Select hard drive and click “Format” button
4 – After format was completed re-connect
